Intro to Knitting

Have fun learning to knit! Knit, purl, and everything else you need to become part of the knitting community. Learn the basics in the first two sessions, yarn & tools, reading a pattern, and more. Then in the last two sessions we’ll begin a basic project like a checkerboard scarf. No matter what, we go at the pace of the class, so you will have fun and learn!

Description

Learn to knit with Nicky! Whether you are a true beginner or someone who hasn’t knit in a very long time and needs refreshing, this class is for you! We’ll start with how to understand yarn and tools, read a simple pattern, the knit and purl stitches, how to cast on and bind off and more. We’ll work on a simple projects, such as a scarf.

You will receive a confirmation email once your credit card is charged. That email will be your receipt and ticket for the class. K1St2 will also have a copy. Please see our policies under CLASSES for information on returns and reschedules. We look forward to stitching with you!
